INVITATION FOR BIDS
CHATTANOOGA METROPOLITAN AIRPORT AUTHORITY
Sealed bids for the refurbishment of two (2) Stearns Airport Equipment “Transitread” Steel Plate Inbound Baggage Conveyors will be received at the Administrative Offices of the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport Authority (CMAA), 1001 Airport Road, Suite 14, Chattanooga, TN 37421, until 2 p.m., on March 15, 2017. All responses should be marked with the Bidder’s Name, Project Name, and Submission Date on the outside.

CMAA reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities, in the best interest of the CMAA. CMAA is not liable for any costs incurred by the responding parties. See Invitation for Bids for further reservations or rights. All bidders must use bid forms provided by the Authority.
The Authority, hereby notifies that it will review and award bids in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4a and Title 49, Part 26, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, Nondiscrimination in Federally Assisted Programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act. The Authority further notifies all Bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of age, race, sex, color, national origin or disability in its hiring and employment practices, or in admission to, access to, or operation of its programs, services and activities. The DBE participation goal for this bid is 0% in accordance with the requirements of the Bid Documents.
The Airport reserves the right to award a contract to the best responsive qualified bidder taking into consideration vendor qualification and experience, quality, delivery, workmanship, services, facility requirements, price, and warranty.

IFB for Forcible Aircraft Entry Tools
The Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport Authority invites interested firms to submit bids for Forcible Aircraft Entry Tools at CHA. Bids will be received in the Office of Contracts Administration until 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 15, 2017 and no bid will be accepted after this time.
Bids may be submitted via mail to: CMAA, ATTN: Contract Administrator, 1001 Airport Road, Suite 14 Chattanooga, TN 37421. Neither emailed nor faxed proposal submissions will be accepted.
