Request for Proposals for Insurance Broker Services

The Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport Authority (CMAA) is seeking written proposals from experienced and qualified insurance brokers desiring to provide insurance broker services that include, but are not limited to, insurance placement and servicing, risk exposure analysis, general advice and claims assistance for liability and property coverage. NOTE TO PROPOSERS: Do not approach the insurance markets at this time.

Questions concerning the RFP documents must be submitted in email form to Kwebb@chattairport.com by May 17, 2012 at 4 p.m. EST. All emails should reference Insurance Broker Services RFP in the subject line. The deadline to submit a proposal is June 8, 2012 at 2 p.m. EST and must be submitted to the CMAA, 1001 Airport Road, Suite 14, Chattanooga, TN 37421. Faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
