(November 19, 2007) – The Chattanooga Metropolitan
Airport saw a record-breaking number of passengers board airplanes in October.
Passenger boardings grew by 25% over the same month in 2006, with 28,394

airport’s low cost carrier offering low fare service into Florida, filled nearly
90% of their seats for the month.
“With seven airlines and 12 nonstop destinations available
from Chattanooga, local travelers have more reasons than ever to Check
Chattanooga First when making their holiday travel plans,” said Mike Landguth,
President and CEO of the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport Authority.
